Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where a word or phrase is defined, it shall have the same meaning wherever it appears in this document, whether in the singular or plural form.

"Account"	The personal registered profile created by a Player on 755bd, identified by a unique username and secured by a password and registered mobile number.
"Balance"	The total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, net of pending withdrawals and inclusive of any unreleased bonus funds separately tracked.

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" mean these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, appendices, or additional policies incorporated by reference (such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy). Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where 755bd has published a more specific set of terms for a particular game type, promotion, or feature, those specific terms shall prevail over these general Terms in respect of that specific matter.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Only. The 755bd Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Underage gambling is illegal. If you are under 18, you must not attempt to register, deposit, or play on this Platform under any circumstances. 755bd takes age verification seriously and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance — upon discovering that an Account is held by a minor.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 755bd, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
You are not self-excluded from 755bd or any other gambling platform under an active exclusion order that you are obligated to respect.
You do not already hold an active or suspended 755bd Account. Each person may hold only one Account at a time.
You are accessing the Platform on your own initiative and are not subject to any court order, regulatory notice, or personal arrangement that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
All personal information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

755bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any point before or after registration. Access to the Platform, processing of withdrawals, and release of winnings may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification. If verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by 755bd support, the Account may be closed and the balance treated in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

755bd does not knowingly market to or accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has accessed this Platform, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent unauthorised access by minors.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Registration on 755bd is free of charge. To create an Account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2. By completing registration, you are entering into a binding agreement with 755bd on the terms set out in this document.

Account security responsibilities. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 755bd strongly recommends using a password that is unique to this Platform and not shared with any other service. You must not:

Share your username, password, or OTP with any other person.
Allow any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to log into or interact with your Account.
Attempt to access another player's Account by any means.

755bd implements OTP-based two-step verification for new device logins. This means that if you log in from an unrecognised device or browser, a one-time password will be sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must enter this OTP to gain access. This security measure is non-optional and cannot be disabled. If you receive an OTP you did not request, you should immediately change your password and contact 755bd support at [email protected].

Account closure and suspension. 755bd reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any Account at any time where:

There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Prohibited Activity.
The Account holder is found to be ineligible under the criteria in Section 2.
A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or an authorised third party.
The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a zero balance.
Required identity or age-verification documents have not been provided within the specified timeframe.

If your Account is closed due to verified fraudulent activity, 755bd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. In all other closure scenarios, the remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard anti-money-laundering checks.

KYC Policy: 755bd may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal above ৳10,000. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate, accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 755bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 755bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied, and there are no platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own published fee schedules, over which 755bd has no control.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer.

Deposit terms:

Minimum deposit: ৳200 via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
Mobile wallet deposits are credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment in normal operating conditions.
Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the sending bank.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any transaction fees incurred.
755bd reserves the right to impose additional verification steps for deposits above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Withdrawal terms:

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions.
Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from the My Account section before processing begins. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before completing the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those winnings.
755bd reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

755bd offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: a 100% welcome deposit bonus up to ৳10,000 for new players, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are governed by these general Terms & Conditions and any specific offer terms published alongside each promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 755bd promotions:

Bonus offers are available to players who have fully completed registration and, where required, passed identity verification.
Each player is entitled to claim each offer only once unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are spent after real-money funds by default, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. The standard wagering requirement for the 755bd welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible stakes before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
755bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's Account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to its original terms.

Bonus Abuse Policy: 755bd actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or no-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, 755bd reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit all associated winnings, and permanently close the Account without liability.

Promotional offers are not transferable between players and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement conditions. Offers may be tailored to specific player segments, deposit methods, or geographic regions. Receipt of a promotional communication does not guarantee eligibility for an offer — eligibility is confirmed at the time of claiming the offer.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 755bd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm other players, 755bd's operations, or the integrity of the games offered. You are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You must not engage in any of the following Prohibited Activities:

Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instrument.
Multi-accounting: Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity, for any purpose including to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.

Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to play, bet, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system glitch to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
Money laundering: Using the 755bd Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward 755bd support staff or other players through any Platform feature.
Unauthorised access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer the software, intercept data transmissions, or probe for security vulnerabilities without explicit written permission from 755bd.

755bd employs a combination of automated detection systems and manual review to identify Prohibited Activities. Where a violation is confirmed, 755bd may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspension or permanent closure of the Account; forfeiture of Account balance and all associated winnings; recovery of any promotional value extracted through Prohibited Activity; and reporting to relevant financial or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the 755bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 755bd or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content for any commercial purpose.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice displayed on the Platform.
Use any 755bd trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply an endorsement not authorised by 755bd.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with 755bd. Your use of those games does not grant you any rights in the underlying intellectual property.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 755bd regarding the Platform may be used by 755bd without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 755bd, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 755bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

755bd does not warrant that:

The Platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors at all times.
Any particular game outcome, bet result, or return-to-player percentage will be achieved in any given session.
The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, though 755bd takes all reasonable precautions to maintain platform security.

Force Majeure: 755bd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure affecting transaction processing, 755bd will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as soon as practicable and will communicate the situation to affected players.

Gambling risk acknowledgement: You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit. 755bd provides the Platform as a form of entertainment. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, a guarantee of winnings, or a representation that any particular betting strategy will be profitable. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial consequences that result.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that a transaction, game result, or account action has been handled incorrectly, you must contact 755bd support at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event in question. 755bd will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Claims submitted after the 30-day window may not be considered. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and any dispute not resolved through the support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed between the parties at the time of escalation.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 755bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

755bd may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your Account or any rights under these Terms to any third party.
